Here are the questions:
1. Who is your favorite philosopher?
I will readily admit I have no favorite philosopher. I always wanted to take a philosophy class in college, but never got the chance.
2. What is your favorite number?
Eight has always been my favorite number. I still remember the one time I strayed from using eight, I was in third grade and was trying to get a part in the play. I was supposed to pick a number 1-20, I don’t remember what number I picked, but for whatever reason I decided eight wasn’t going to cut it that day. It turned out eight was the number, and I lost the part. My third grade self took it as a lesson, always stick with my number 8!
3. What is your favorite animal?
Honestly I don’t really like animals that much. I know, I must be a bad person, right? I don’t have anything against animals or people who have pets, but it isn’t my thing. I would like to have a dog if I had a large enough piece of property for it to be an outside dog, but I don’t believe in having a dog penned up in a yard as small as mine.
4. What are your facebook and twitter urls?
I don’t have them, I know I’m one of the few (except my personal facebook page). While social media is a great thing, my personal choice is to not utilize it very much. I have two little kids and I have found that for me I don’t pay as much attention to my kids as I should if I am using social media all the time.
5. What is your favorite time of day?
6. What was your favorite vacation?
Paris, hands down. I still dream of the croissants.
7. What is your favorite physical activity?
This has changed in the last few years. My old answer would have been soccer, my new answer is yoga.
8. What is your favorite non-alcoholic drink?
Cherry coke zero
9. What is your favorite flower?
10. What is your passion?
I’m not sure about this question, I don’t know if I would describe myself as “passionate” about things. I love to read, I like blogging, I enjoy yoga, but I’m not sure those are considered passions. A lot of the things I am passionate about are issues, such as home births (don’t get me started), women’s rights, and my husband and I have been arguing about states right to succeed since we met, so I guess I am passionate about that as well.
Bloggers I am nominating:
Note, I am slacking and only doing five because as of this moment, I am packing my daughters bags for her surgery tomorrow and time is limited.
I nominated these blogs because they are all people who in their various ways inspire me. Each of these blogs deserve recognition! Also, another thank you to “My Inspired Life” for the nomination.
