Vitamin D Reduces Pain in Fibromyalgia Patients

Vitamin D Reduces Pain in people with Fibromyalgia

I’m not actually sure how helpful this study is as it says, ” Taking vitamin D supplements may alleviate chronic pain in people with fibromyalgia who have low levels of the vitamin.” Well duh, for anyone who has low vitamin D levels, taking vitamin D is going to help you feel better whether they have fibro or not. Still, a lot of people don’t realize how much being vitamin D deficient can effect you, so it’s always good to be aware of.

  1. I have to say I am surprised how much vitamin D can change how you feel…I went to the doc for something else but they checked my D too. I don't have fibro but some extra D really helped me with a lot of unexplainable symptoms. Darn us really white people and our SPF 100 sunblock…keeps out the skin cancer but also the Vitamin D.
