I hate it when people swear a healthy food is just like dessert! Lets admit it, we all know that’s a lie. If you aren’t lying you a straight up delusional and have been dieting for so long you forgot what real food tastes like. A smoothie no matter what is in it will not taste like a donut. So I hereby declare that this smoothie does not taste like dessert, but considering the healthy ingredients, it’s not half bad and is the best one I’ve found.
1 frozen sliced banana (I actually put in more, it helps cover the spinach taste)
1 Tablespoon peanut butter1/2 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt (admittedly I rarely have vanilla yogurt, I’ve used both lemon and honey and that’s worked fine)
1 cup milk
4 cups baby spinach
Mix together in a blender and enjoy! Super healthy and not disgusting, I couldn’t ask for more.
