Probiotics are becoming the new vitamin. They are often promoted to improve immunity and digestion, help in weight loss, and for protection against periodontal disease. I personally have struggled with getting my digestive system back to normal after several years of being on antibiotics for Lyme Disease. Though it’s been two years since I was on antibiotics my digestive system has never recovered, so I was excited to try the probiotic Daily Body Restore.
What is Daily Body Restore?
Daily Body Restore is a probiotic supplement in pill form that combines probiotics and digestive enzymes to help restore your body’s good bacteria. It combines nine different probiotics and ten digestive enzymes in each capsule. The digestive enzymes help break down nutrients in food so that your body can easily absorb them. The probiotics provide good bacteria that targets multiple areas of the digestive system.
Why take probiotics ?
Probiotics are good bacteria that help maintain digestive health and boost the immune system. We all have microbes in our lower intestinal tract that help us digest food, regulate the immune system, and fight harmful bacteria, but sometimes the gut develops unhealthy levels of certain bacteria and this is where probiotics are needed. Researchers are discovering that the gut microbiota is crucial to our survival as they are very important in aiding our immune systems. Furthermore, for anyone with chronic inflammation probiotics may be especially important because they decrease inflammation of the intestinal tract.
Why Daily Body Restore (DBR)?
Kim, the creator of DBR, and her family had some health issues and she needed certain enzymes and probiotics to help with those conditions. Unfortunately she had to buy multiple types of probiotics and digestive enzymes which was expensive and required taking a lot of supplements daily. So she created DBR to combine multiple enzymes and probiotics, eventually comprising of 19 ingredients.
The Daily Body Restore probiotic comes in blister packs and each box has a 3o day supply. How many pills you take per day depends on your health and your body’s needs. DBR offers customers the option to schedule a call with their experts to help maximize the products results. After my consultation it was determined that I would start with taking 2-3 pills per day. I decided to start with two, one in the morning and one at night, as I didn’t know how the pills would affect me. I was told that I might feel an increase of energy in just a few days, but unfortunately that didn’t happen for me ( I didn’t expect it would, nothing is ever that easy for my body).
I happened to start DBR shortly before I came down with Bronchitis and was put on antibiotics. Normally when I take antibiotics I have horrendous stomach problems and I’m guaranteed a yeast infection, this time there was nothing! What I didn’t like about DBR was that it caused bloating. I’ve never had that problem with probiotics before. I kept hoping it would get better, but it didn’t.
The advantage of Daily Body Restore is that it combines probiotics and enzymes together resulting in less pills and a lower cost. Taking a bunch of pills gets old really quick, so I did enjoy having everything in one pill.
The retail price for DBR is $29. 95 plus shipping, however DBR is offering first time customers 33% of the purchase price with the code DBRINTRO.
