I’ve written before about the allergy and sinus problems that can sometimes be associated with Fibromyalgia. I don’t know if mine is because of Fibromyalgia or because I live in such a warm climate, but either way, they make me miserable. I’ve tried a million different products to help relieve my sinuses without much success. I’ve tried the Neti Pot which won’t penetrate my sinuses at all, I’ve tried the Sinugator which works well but keeps breaking after a few weeks, I’ve tried different kinds of teas, and I’ve tried using steam, and I’ve tried lots of prescription nasal sprays. So far none of the prescriptions and none of the “at home” methods have worked. Only the Sinugator has helped in any way, but it is non-sustainable because of the product’s faulty design. As a result, I am often desperate for any sinus relief I can find and this is why I was excited to get a chance to review Breathe Easy Nasal Spray from ImmunizeLabs.

My experience with Breathe Easy nasal spray
My favorite thing about this nasal spray is the ingredients. It has among the ingredients seas salt, cayenne pepper, oregano oil, peppermint oil, rosemary oil, etc. Because of all the oils in the nasal spray, it doesn’t feel unpleasant when you use it as other nasal sprays do. It just makes your nose feel a bit tingly.
I ended up using Breathe Easy several times a day for a month. Unfortunately for me, it was not possible to use Breathe Easy before my allergies and sinus problems started because I always have allergies and sinus problems. Overall I would say my experience with Breathe easy was positive, but it wasn’t a miracle cure. It did seem to work better than any of the prescription nasal sprays I’ve tried. However, it didn’t fix all my sinus congestion. Often times my sinuses are so congested that nothing can penetrate them, and this nasal spray was no exception. However, based on how it helped me I think if my sinus problems were even slightly less severe this nasal spray would be very effective.
