I survived

This is where I was this weekend:

College Station, TX one of my favorite places.
However, I was exhausted by the time I got there. The Halloween party I was co- in charge of ended up having 275 people show up, it was crazy! I spent all day Friday getting ready, Friday night was the party, and after the party we drove the 2 1/2 hrs up to College Station. I was in a lot of pain.
We got up the next morning to go to the A&M vs Missouri football game. I was thinking it wouldn’t be too bad to go to the game, even though I was feeling lousy. Unfortunately what I neglected to think about was the Aggie tradition of standing the whole game. I knew about this tradition, I did it when I was a student, but the tradition really only applies to the student section, so I thought I’d be fine. We were in the second row on the first deck, so we had great seats, but the first row in our section stood up the whole time! So if I wanted to see the game, I had to stand too. I was so tired and in so much pain by the end of the game, I could barely walk. With that said however, I had a great time! I love going to Aggie games. and it was totally worth it.
