I’m pretty into yoga and its use for relaxing and de-stressing. But today I had to mock the instructor (don’t worry, their feelings weren’t hurt, it was a DVD) for lecturing me about letting my thoughts wander. I kept thinking sarcastic things like, “how do you know my thoughts are wandering?”And, “well of course YOU aren’t carrying any stress, you’re a yoga instructor.” Not my most productive day apparently. I’m been crazy busy lately and it definitively carries over into my pain levels, and my attempt to make myself feel better using yoga was clearly a failure! I may have to think of another outlet.
