This article was validating. I’ve had problems with exercise for years. My sister and I always joke that we just don’t have any endorphins because exercise makes us feel worse, not better. I exercise and exercise and my endurance never gets better. I’m still equally exhausted on day 250 of my workout schedule as I am on day 1 and that’s not supposed to happen. Once again it turns out I’m not crazy, I have been validated by science.
