Daily Body Restore review- Probiotic Supplement

Probiotics are becoming the new vitamin. They are often promoted to improve immunity and digestion, help in weight loss, and for protection against periodontal disease. I personally have struggled with getting my digestive system back to normal after several years of being on antibiotics for Lyme Disease. Though it’s been two years since I was on antibiotics my digestive system has never recovered, so I was excited to try the probiotic Daily Body Restore.

What is Daily Body Restore?

Daily Body Restore is a probiotic supplement in pill form that combines probiotics and digestive enzymes to help restore your body’s good bacteria. It combines nine different probiotics and ten digestive enzymes in each capsule. The digestive enzymes help break down nutrients in food so that your body can easily absorb them. The probiotics provide good bacteria that targets multiple areas of the digestive system.

Why take probiotics ?

Probiotics are good bacteria that help maintain digestive health and boost the immune system. We all have microbes in our lower intestinal tract that help us digest food, regulate the immune system, and fight harmful bacteria, but sometimes the gut develops unhealthy levels of certain bacteria and this is where probiotics are needed. Researchers are discovering that the gut microbiota is crucial to our survival as they are very important in aiding our immune systems. I decided to start with two, one in the morning and one at night, as I didn’t know how the pills would affect me. I was told that I might feel an increase of energy in just a few days, but unfortunately that didn’t happen for me ( I didn’t expect it would, nothing is ever that easy for my body).

I happened to start DBR shortly before I came down with Bronchitis and was put on antibiotics. Normally when I take antibiotics I have horrendous stomach problems and I’m guaranteed a yeast infection, this time there was nothing! What I didn’t like about DBR was that it caused bloating. I’ve never had that problem with probiotics before. I kept hoping it would get better, but it didn’t.
